The Redmi Book 16 (2024) will have dual fans, LPDDR5 RAM, and an Intel Core 13500H
On November 29, Xiaomi will launch its newest notebooks, the Redmi Book 14 2024 and Redmi Book 16 2024, along with its smartphones from the Redmi K70 series. In advance of the launch, the corporation is currently revealing some of its most important features.
With an Intel Core i5-13500H processor, the Redmi Book 16 2024 is powered. With 16 threads and 12 cores (4 performance + 8 efficiency), this processor can reach a maximum turbo boost frequency of 4.70 GHz.
Additionally, flagship-level LPDDR5 6400 MT/s memory and a 47W TDP (thermal design power) will be included with the laptop. For effective cooling, the laptop also has two fans and two 8-mm heat pipes.
Similar characteristics to those of the Redmi Book 16 2024 are anticipated for the Redmi Book 14 2024. However, the CPU it will use and its TDP are still unknown.
Additionally, Xiaomi is promoting the Redmi Book’s complete integration with its HyperOS Connect ecosystem. This implies that other Xiaomi products, like smartphones, tablets, and smart home appliances, will be able to connect to the laptop with ease. Activities like file transfers, screen mirroring, and multi-device control will be more efficient thanks to this integration.
The Redmi Book 14/16 2024’s svelte design with comparatively narrow bezels and a potential metal body were teased before. To meet a range of connectivity needs, the laptops have an abundance of ports, including two USB Type-A connectors on the right side, one USB Type-A port, one HDMI port, one headphone jack, and one Type-C port.
As the Redmi Book 14/16 (2024) approaches its formal launch, more details should become available.
