The iOS battery widget is added to the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 NFC variant update.
Earlier this year, Xiaomi released the Smart Band 8 in China and then made it available to the rest of the world. The business has released a new update that includes numerous new features in an effort to improve the Smart Band 8 Pro user experience.
An update is coming to China for the Smart Band 8, but it will only affect the NFC variant. Exercises will be simpler with this update’s helpful automated pause and resume function for Cycling mode. The iOS battery widget is now available on the Smart Band 8, displaying the battery level of your iPhone on the band’s home screen. The brand hasn’t disclosed many details regarding the problem patches included in the upgrade.
Specifications of the Xiaomi Smart Band 8:
With a 1.6-inch AMOLED display that offers a 60Hz refresh rate, 600 nits of peak brightness, an Always On Display (AOD) mode, and multiple watch faces, the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 is shaped like a pill.
To improve tracking while jogging, you can fasten the Band 8 to your shoelace using the pebble clip mode. To fit your style, it accepts lugs of varying sizes for a variety of strap materials, including leather, braided leather, hollow bracelets, and TPU.
The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 goes above and beyond the standard wearer with its heart-rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, sleep tracker, and menstrual cycle monitor. It provides a score out of 100 with over 150 sports modes, monitors stress levels and VO2 Max, and introduces a vitality metre that evaluates activity levels over a 7-day period.
Included games like Sudoku and 2048, together with convenience features like weather updates and notifications, provide both entertainment and convenience. When AOD is turned off, the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 is said to last up to 16 days on a single charge and can be fully charged in roughly 60 minutes.
