The Xiaomi 14 Pro Titanium Special Edition was unveiled alongside the standard Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro last week. Unlike the other two versions, the unique variant is not currently available for purchase.
As a result, there was some uncertainty among netizens about the availability of the titanium version. Fortunately, a Xiaomi executive clarified the situation today.
Xiaomi’s user operation manager gave some light on the Xiaomi 14 Pro Titanium Special Edition’s availability on Weibo.
He claims that the yield rate of this gadget is now low. As a result, only a few units will be available when the first batch arrives.
The executive ensures that the product will be refilled once production capacity is increased. He also states that the handset would not be offered in limited quantities, implying that it will be more widely available in the future.
He advises potential clients to wait. Finally, he explains that customers with F-codes can order the phone ahead of time. Nonetheless, the waiting period is approximately half a month.
The Xiaomi 14 Pro Titanium Special Edition costs $6,499 (about $890). It has the same features as the regular Xiaomi 14 Pro, including 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.
It does, however, have a titanium alloy center frame, Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass front and rear protection, a titanium gray paint job, and an orange accent for the camera island.
