HMD introduces a different colour option for the Nokia G22.
HMD Global has recently introduced a new colour variant for the Nokia G22, called “So Peach,” although it has yet to reveal any information about the rumoured non-Nokia-branded devices. The business revealed the new G22 version on its social media platforms, and the phone is now accessible on HMD’s Nokia website.
The G22 was praised as one of the most readily fixable cellphones on the market, which led to its inclusion in TIME Magazine’s list of “Best Inventions of 2023.” Regarding the phone’s hardware, it has a Unisoc T606 chipset, a 6.5″ HD+ display on the front with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 50MP primary camera with 2MP macro and depth cameras, and an 8MP front-facing camera. The phone is equipped with a 5050 mAh battery, which Nokia refers to as a “QuickFix” repairable battery.
Regarding HMD, the firm has gradually been working towards creating its brand, which will now be distinct from the Nokia line of handsets. Some time ago, a leaked picture showed a future HMD phone that did not have the Nokia brand. Additionally, there have been reports that the business is developing approximately six new smartphone models. However, HMD has not made any public statements regarding this matter.
