ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra: Leaked Renders and Specs Revealed
ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra Appears In Leaked Images And Technical Details, Might Be Rebranded ROG Phone 8
The ASUS Zenfone is a small, high-end smartphone available in the market. It is said that the Taiwanese brand is currently developing the next iteration of Zenfone devices. Supposedly, these are referred to as the Zenfone 11 and Zenfone 11 Ultra. The latter has been seen on the Bluetooth SIG and SDPPI certification websites. Currently, leaked renders and details of the Zenfone 11 Ultra have emerged.
A Reddit member noticed pictures of the Zenfone 11 Ultra in the most recent software on the ROG Phone 8. The leaked images and details indicate that the gadget might be a renamed version of the ROG Phone 8, although with some modifications. If this is accurate, the Taiwanese firm would be shifting away from the label of a tiny flagship, unless there is a regular Zenfone 11 version.
The leaked pictures show the Zenfone 11 Ultra having a design that is identical to the ROG Phone 8. The device features a level frame and a camera module that sticks out, all in black. The rear panel also includes some slanted lines, and the device is available in Skyline Blue, Verdue Green, Dessert Sienna, Eternal Black, and Misty Grey color choices. Naturally, the phone does not have any ROG branding. The image that was released of the retail package does indeed reveal the name of the ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra.
The Reddit member has also posted the specifications of the Zenfone 11 Ultra. The device will have a 6.78-inch Samsung AMOLED screen that has a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels. It will also have a refresh rate of 144 Hz LTPO. The refresh rate is not as high as the 165 Hz found in the ROG Phone 8 series. Regarding the optics, it is expected that the smartphone would have a 50MP Gimbal OIS sensor together with a 13MP ultra-wide and 32MP telephoto lens.
The spec sheet states that the Zenfone 11 Ultra will use a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, along with a maximum of 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The device will include a 5,500mAh battery that can be charged via a 65W cable charger or a 15W wireless charger.
