LG’s latest MyView smart monitors are equipped with pre-installed webOS smart capabilities.
LG has stated that they plan to introduce a fresh range of MyView intelligent displays at CES 2024. Their intelligence is enhanced by the inclusion of LG’s webOS platform and a range of user-friendly features and connectivity possibilities.
The MyView smart monitors, available in three models (32SR85U, 32SR70U, and 32SR83U), allow users to watch movies, shows, and sports, listen to music, and work remotely without the need to connect to a PC. For instance, in addition to being able to use streaming services such as Netflix and Disney+, the monitors also have the capability to run productivity programmes like Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar. They are also compatible with AirPlay 2 and Miracast, allowing for wireless screen mirroring.
The displays use LG IPS 4K (3,840 x 2,160) screens with a three-sided almost borderless design to improve the viewing experience and conserve space. Integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth provide connectivity to the Internet and compatible devices. The 32SR85U can be used with a removable FHD (1,920 x 1,080) webcam that is well-suited for video conferencing and interactive applications.
Pricing and availability
As per LG, the 32SR85U will be obtainable for a price of US$599.99 on LG.com and through LG-authorized sellers. The 32SR70U and 32SR83U will be available for purchase at a price of US$499.99 each. LG states that availability will be disclosed at a later time. We will add more details to this post once we obtain them.
